Status: Tired. So very tired.
Hello all! I know it’s been a while since my last post, and there are two main reasons for this delay. First, I just completed the second draft of my novel! I’ll be sending it to some friends-and-family readers while I work on further adjustments, and after that I’ll be able to start looking at publishing options. Exciting stuff. And two, I started playing Minecraft. My assistant recently introduced me to the game and it’s taken up a startling amount of my attention as of late. Maybe I’ll give everyone a tour of my world sometime soon.
It’s been tremendously rewarding to work on this site, but it can be hard to find the time to do things we love. Just in the last couple months, I’ve had to balance my day job, editing the novel, and moving stuff from my old house. Ugh. By the time I left that place was simply uninhabitable! I’m glad I left, but there’s still so much work to be done, and it’s taking a lot from me. In any case, I’ll have more free time in the coming weeks, so you can expect more updates. I’ve got a couple nice articles in the works as well as some smaller posts, so keep an eye on my tumblr if you want to stay updated.
